Beef Bourguignon (Gluten-Free)
a Healthy Beef Stew with No Oils

  • 3 lb of Chuck Beef
  • 6 Slices of Thick Cut Lean Bacon, chopped
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion, chopped bite size (Not diced)
  • 3 Carrots, cut into large chunks
  • 6 Whole Cloves of Garlic, peeled but not chopped
  • 2 cups of Burgandy wine
  • 2 cup of Beef broth
  • 1/4 cup of Brandy or Cognac
  • 2 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp of Fresh Thyme
  • 2 cups Fresh Mixed Mushrooms chopped
  • 2 cups of Frozen Pearl Onions, thawed (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup of Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 cup of Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to season
  • 1 teaspoon of Beef Base

This incredible Beef Stew (Beef Bourguignon) will make you hunger for more.  You will salivate throughout cooking this dish.  The burgundy wine and brandy infuses the delicious flavors of the vegetables and its other ingredients.  The incredible aroma clings to your home for about 24-hours that will make you eat your entire house.  The brown reddish sauce gives a beautiful appetizing appearance but most incredible creamy delicious semi-sweet taste that will make your taste buds wanting more.
