To Protect Your Children From Having Cardiac Arrest Follow These Steps Below.

Step 1 - Stop Feeding Your Children and Yourself The 12 Deadly Foods

Before you nutrify yourself and your children, everyone should immediately avoid consumption of the 12 Deadly Foods (DF's).  The 12 DF's is known to cause inflammation which prevents nutritional absorption.  It would be prudent to wait for 7 days after abstaining the 12 DF's before nutrifying yourself and children.  This will allow the inflammation to recede and allow nutrients to absorb into your blood stream.  Please watch the video by Naturopathic Dr. Peter Glidden titled "The 12 Deadly Foods" for complete information and explanation why the following 12 foods are deadly.  Chick here to view.

 

The First 4 Foods are the following grains:

 

1. Wheat, 2. Barley, 3. Rye and 4. Oats    

These 4 grains contain the following proteins; in Wheat, the prolamins is called gliadins, barley prolamins are called hordeins, rye prolamins are called secailins and oats prolamins are called avenins.  Collectively and commonly they are called gluten.  40% of Americans cannot process gluten.  Gluten causes inflammation in the small intestines and several organs.  Inflammation also impedes on nutrient absorption, therefore, causing over 900 diseases including asthma, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, multiple scleroses, obesity etc.  Many foods contain gluten including pasta, bread, cereal, processed foods, canned foods like spaghetti, ravioli etc.  Let’s not forget cookies and pastries also contain wheat flour or oats including granola bars.  Plus frozen TV dinners contain gluten as well.  Look at the ingredient label for the word “Enriched Wheat Flour, Oats, Rye and Barley.”  Organic Wheat Flour is a bogus lie. It contains gluten even if it states Gluten Free. Look for gluten-free products made with Rice Flour or any flour with the exception of Wheat, Barley, Rye and Oats.  Remember, food labels will never state "Contains Gluten". Educate yourself and look for the 4 grains on the label.  

 

5. Fried Foods
STOP EATING FRIED FOODS.  You should boil, broil, roast or bake in the oven.  Fried foods also cause inflammation not to mention oxidative damage to your cells which causes cancer.

 

6. All Oils
Yes, this includes Olive Oil (Olive Oil is not healthy regardless what Dr. Oz said on TV).  NO canola, NO coconut oil, NO almond oil, NO grape seed oil etc.  NO oils period.  If it has OIL in the name don’t use it. This also includes ingredients containing oil such as salad dressing. Dr. Wallach and Dr. Glidden recommend using salt and lemon juice as a salad dressing. No margarine. No mayonnaise. Nothing made from oils.  Also, check your cookies and pastries.  Many are baked in oils.  Plus many frozen TV Dinners have oils including those that states gluten free and labeled “heart healthy”.

 

7. Well-Done Red Meat

Well Done red meat is dangerous and carcinogenic AKA Cancerous.  Cook Red Meat Medium Rare or Rare.
 

8. Deli Meats With Nitrates or Nitrites
Tell your butcher NO NITRATES or NITRITES! This Includes Ham, Salami, Sausage etc.   Get organic and read the ingredient labels carefully. Avoid all deli meats if you have any illnesses including high blood pressure, cancer, arthritis etc., even if its nitrate free.  Do not eat it until you reverse your disease.

 

9. No Carbonated Drinks During Meals
Absolutely no carbonated drinks of any kind within one hour before or after a meal. Most of all, never drink carbonated drinks during a meal.  This includes Soda, Pop, Sparkling Water, Champaign, beer etc.  Anything drinks with bubbles are considered carbonated drinks neutralizes the acid in your stomach during digestion and impedes on nutrients absorption.

 

10. Skin Of a Baked Potato, Yam, or Sweet Potato
If you boil a potato, sweet potato or yam, you may eat the skin.  If you’re baking them, remove the skin.

 

11. Corn

Unless you are 100% certain it’s Non-GMO Certified you may eat it.  However many health advisors including Naturopathic doctors recommend if your body doesn’t fully digest corn, eliminated it period from your diet.  You do not want corn stuck on to your large intestines.

 

12. Soy
This includes Soy Milk, pastries, cookies made from soy.  Do not forget sauces.  Many sauces are made from soy.  Please check the ingredients on the food label.
