These Pork Chops have the perfect texture and very tasty and delicious. In my opinion, this is one of the best ways to cook pork chops. So juicy and full of flavor! It’s all made in one pan in about 30 minutes. Can be served will veggies, mash potatoes or other side dishes. Remember, substitute oil for butter or lard.

4 Small Boneless Pork Chops Center Cut
1 Large Onion, sliced
¾ of a cup of Chicken Stock
1 Tbsp of Fresh Chopped Parsley

2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp of Butter
1 Tbsp of whorsehire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
